December 12 and couple of days before are crazy for Mexico. Thousands of pilgrims are travelling across the country just to tribute Virgin Mary of Guadalupe.
The most euphoric celebration takes place in Mexico City, where the Holy Lady appeared. Although I’m not there at the moment I’ve been lucky enough to experience the party in San Cristobal de Las Casas. Since I first arrived here, four days ago, I saw many scenes that contained happy pilgrims, music, fireworks, flying candies and noise. Every day, all the time.
