El Salvador: Polish Flavours

DSC00780-1440x400

When I travel I meet backpackers from all around the world and often some generalisations come to my mind. I cannot avoid comparison and if I had to choose unique quality for us Poles it would be… vodka and the way we drink it. I guess it’s nothing new because everybody in the universe already know that Slavic people love drinking. What I mean is the way of drinking strong alcohols, because in contrary to Poland shots aren’t so popular abroad. Number ones are glasses, juices and sodas. And I am afraid that we Poles are going to stop drinking shots soon as well.

The cover photo was made near San Salvador, around a month ago. So I am on the end of the world, riding a motorbike to El Tunco and this thing pops up. The ad worked really well, later on while being homesick I just had to buy it. It tasted good and you could easily drink it without any juice. But thats just my own opinion. Still everybody agreed that it was better than abandoned, communal bottle of “Sublime”.

But that is not the reason we Poles are quite unique and cool nation. Appropriate story will come.

So do you have plans for the weekend already?
